Loyalty program reporting
Loyalty program reporting forms the basic mechanism for evaluating the customers. As such, it is an indispensable tool that every loyalty program should be equipped with. Reporting can be divided into the following sections: global reports on the entire loyalty programs, reports on particular branches or facilities and reports on individual participants of the program. These three sections can be further subdivided to include reports on prizes, bonuses, points obtained by the users etc. The reports are generated by the system in the form of files which can then be exported to other programs for the purpose of analysis.
